Why I started The Movement Movement

I started The Movement Movement because movement helps me through some of my hardest moments. As someone with anxiety, when my mind feels chaotic, movement gives me clarity, confidence, and a sense of control.

Over time, I’ve come to see that movement isn’t just about fitness. It’s a form of self-respect. This is the one body I get to experience life in, and taking care of it is one of my top priorities. My mental, emotional, and physical health all matter to me.

I created this space to help others feel that same freedom. Movement that feels empowering, not punishing. A place where beginners feel welcome and anyone can fall in love with moving again!
